Well, Jali, it's not the WHOLE Mississippi! It's a place called Grenada Lake. The spot is along the side of the lake where the dam's water is controlled. If you see the rocks' differences in coloration, you will notice that the ones closer to the water are darker than the ones further away from the water. That's how high it normally is when enough water (in the form of rain) is drawn through the dam.
